There are many opportunities available in Canada, some of which are: 1. After the first two working years in Canada, you can apply to become a “Landed Immigrant”, eventually become a citizen. 2. After the first two years, you can work in any job that you want (once you received your open permit or landed immigrant status) according to your level of experience and education. 3. You can apply your whole family (i.e. husband, children), for their permanent status at the same time as you submitted yours. 4. Many Filipinos have come to make Canada their home. In the city of Toronto alone there are approximately 300,000 so far (and growing!). 5. Canada is a growing nation where people from all nationalities are quickly accepted.
