Keratsini is a huge suburb of Piraeus and also part of the Athens city complex. The range from the center of Athens has to do with 11 kilometres. Modern History

During the Greek Transformation, Georgios Karaiskakis, who constructed the strongholds in Tabouria, settled in Keratsini. ΔημοσιεÏ τηκε στο ΦΕΚ Β’ 2317/19.6.2018 η απÏŒφαση της κυβέρνησης με την οποία εκχωροÏ νται στην Ελληνική Εταιρεία ΣυμμετοχÏŽν και Περιουσίας ΑΕ (Υπερταμείο) 10.119 ακίνητα του Δημοσίου. Ανάμεσά τους υπάρχουν 12 ακίνητα στη ΔραπετσÏŽνα και 38 ακίνητα στο Κερατσίνι, τα οποία στο ΦΕΚ περιγράφονται απλÏŽς ως αριθμοί κτηματολογίου , χωρίς να είναι φανερÏŒ τι αφοροÏ ν. ÎŒμως πίσω απÏŒ τους αριθμοÏ ς κρÏ βονται σχολεία, αρχαιολογικοί και αθλητικοί χÏŽροι, παιδικές χαρές και πλατείες, οικÏŒπεδα χιλιάδων τετραγωνικÏŽν μέτρων ακÏŒμα και εκκλησία !!!! Τα ακίνητα θα ανήκουν στην Ελληνική Εταιρεία Ακινήτων Δημοσίου η οποία με τη σειρά της ανήκει στο ΥΠΕΡΤΑΜΕΙΟ στο οποίο και περνά ÏŒλη η περιουσίας της. ΑπÏŒ αυτά τα ακίνητα μετά απÏŒ παρέμβαση της αρχαιολογικής υπηρεσίας εξαιρέθηκαν οι αρχαιολογικοί χÏŽροι και ο αρχαιολογικÏŒς χÏŽρος στο ΚΑΣΤΡΑΚΙ.

ΜεταξÏ των ακινήτων που μεταβιβάζονται είναι το γήπεδο των σιταποθηκÏŽν στον Άγιο ΑντÏŽνιο, το κλειστÏŒ γυμναστήριο «ΚΑΣΣΙΜΑΤΗΣ» στην ΔραπετσÏŽνα, η περιοχή της ανάπλασης του «ΑΠΡΟΟΠΤΟΥ» και της πλατείας, η παιδική χαρά στην οδÏŒ Κων/πÏŒλεως και Σαμοθράκης στο Σελεπίτσαρη, η παιδική χαρά στην οδÏŒ ΠροÏ σης στη Χαραυγή, η πλατεία και η παιδική χαρά δίπλα στο κλειστÏŒ Γυμναστήριο ΔραπετσÏŽνας «ΠΑΠΑΜΙΧΑΗΛ» πάνω απÏŒ το παραλιακÏŒ μέτωπο της περιφερειακής οδοÏ , τμήμα του πάρκου στο ΣΕΛΕΠΙΤΣΑΡΗ μαζί με το θερινÏŒ θέατρο, πέντε (5) σχολικά συγκροτήματα που στεγάζονται μεταξÏ των άλλων το 1ο και το 2ο ΛÏ κειο Κερατσινίου, το 14Ο ΔημοτικÏŒ Σχολείο Κερατσινίου, το συγκρÏŒτημα στην οδÏŒ ΠροÏ σης-Χρ. ΣμÏ ρνης και ΚομνηνÏŽν στην Ευγένεια και το συγκρÏŒτημα στην οδÏŒ ΒοσπÏŒρου – ΠαλαιολÏŒγου και ΕπιδαÏ ρου στην Χαραυγή, οι πολυκατοικίες στην οδÏŒ ΠÏŒντου, Κλαπανάρα, Καπετανίδου, Μισαηλίδη και 25η Μαρτίου στη ΔραπετσÏŽνα. Δεν έμεινε έξω οÏ τε και η εκκλησία της Αγ. Βαρβάρας με τον περιβάλλοντα χÏŽρο στο Σελεπίτσαρη και πολλά άλλα οικÏŒπεδα χιλιάδων τετραγωνικÏŽν μέτρων που είναι στη λίστα για «ξεποÏ λημα» προκειμένου με τα χρήματα αυτά να ξεπληρÏŽσουμε στους δανειστές, μέρος του χρέους μας και των χρημάτων που έδωσαν στην ανακεφαλαιοποίηση των τραπεζÏŽν, ÏŒπως προβλέπει το τρίτο μνημÏŒνιο της κυβέρνησης ΣΥΡΙΖΑ – ΑΝΕΛ.

Η δημοτική αρχή που πληροφορήθηκε αυτÏŒ το έγκλημα σε βάρος της πÏŒλης και των κατοίκων της, προκειμένου να εξυπηρετήσει τους πολιτικοÏ ς της φίλους , ενÏŽ σε άλλες περιπτÏŽσεις φροντίζει να μας ενημερÏŽνει με αφίσες , πανÏŒ και κάθε είδους μέσα προβολής στο διαδίκτυο για τις εκδηλÏŽσεις που γίνονται και ποιος τραγουδιστής θα έρθει να μας διασκεδάσει, χωρίς εισιτήριο, δεν μπήκε καν στον κÏŒπο να μας ενημερÏŽσει για τα σχέδια ξεπουλήματος , ποια ακίνητα μεταβιβάστηκαν για να πουληθοÏ ν σε funds και άλλους επενδυτές που θα μας «ξεχρεÏŽσουν». ΟÏ τε ένα πανÏŒ, μία αφίσα , μια εκδήλωση ενημέρωσης στους κατοίκους της ΔραπετσÏŽνας για τις πολυκατοικίες που θα πωληθοÏ ν , των αθλητικÏŽν σωματείων που φιλοξενοÏ νται στα γήπεδα, πως στο εξής θα πληρÏŽνουν για να αθλοÏ νται τα παιδιά και για να χρησιμοποιοÏ με τους αθλητικοÏ ς χÏŽρους. ΑÏ ριο οι εταιρείες που θα αγοράσουν τα σχολικά συγκροτήματα θα ζητοÏ ν χρήματα για τα σχολεία που πηγαίνουν τα παιδιά μας και ο Δήμος θα αναγκάζεται να τα μισθÏŽνει, για τα οποία σήμερα δεν καταβάλει τίποτα. Δεν μπορεί κανένας να ισχυρίζεται ÏŒτι δεν ξέρει ή ÏŒτι δεν συμβαίνει κάτι επικίνδυνο. Αυτά που εκτυλίσσονται σε εφαρμογή των μέτρων των μνημονίων, δεν είναι μÏŒνο ξεποÏ λημα, είναι έγκλημα. ΑυτÏŒ δεν είναι ανάπτυξη και δεν θέλουμε τέτοια «ληστρική» ανάπτυξη. Η Δημοτική Αρχή και ο Δήμαρχος έχει τεράστια ευθÏ νη διÏŒτι με την ένταση της «σιωπή» του , την μη ενημέρωση και αφÏ πνιση των φορέων , των συλλÏŒγων και ÏŒλων των κατοίκων
