Now Just Lay Back...Relax... And Enjoy (\O/)

After you are completely relaxed, Let your mind go fishing, with one of our mascot dolphins who are exploring your possibilities, after reading our guided medatations that were created just for you.
The first experiment we might suggest is a very simple one. It is simply to discover the power of you own mind. It seems that our thoughts can affect the strength of our physical bodies.
Step 1.
Relax and form a ring with you thumb and index finger of your less dominate hand. Make another ring out of the thumb and index finger of your dominate hand, linking it inside the first thumb and index finger. It will look like two links of a chain.
Step 2.
While tightly holding linked thumb and index fingers of both hands, gently try to pull them apart. Notice just how strong a pull is necessary before the rings can come apart.
Step 3.
Now...While keeping the rings linked, but not pulling on them, think of something you dislike...a particular food, music, thing, or person. While thinking of this, pull on the fingers. Notice what happens...did they weaken more easily?
Step 4.
Now while thinking of something positive, or something you love or are happy about, try pulling them apart again. Notice what happens...were they stronger and harder to pull apart?
Step 5.
Experiment with this. It will show you how your thoughts can make you strong or weak. People have often told me that this technique helped them realize just how their own thoughts and reactions were affecting their physical bodies.
You might try this after doing one of the prayer experiments.
Experimenting with Prayer... Some suggestions from Reverend Taber
There are many ways to pray.
It is important to find one that works best for you.
Experiment until you do..
Step 1.
Relax with several deep breaths. Close you eyes as you do and smile to the source of divine love within you. Focusing on the love within your inner beingness. Allow yourself to feel love and gratitude for a moment, and then request the source of divine love to guide you in creating a deeper connection with this source. Thank GOD for everything that is in your life, plus the blessings in your life
And, in the lives of all others.
Step 2.
Request the source of divine love within to help you release all negative emotions from your beingness and replace them with divine love and divine light.
Repeat this process for each of the following issues: anger, resentment, guilt, jealousy, fear, past actions you are not comfortable with, traumas, and anything else, including the effects of each of your relationships with others (including the divine), and the negativities caused by those relationships, either from you, the other, or the combination. (Also adding that the divine help you release and replace any other negativities that you may be unaware of consciously that are keeping you from being more aware of you connection to divine love.).
Step 3.
Ask the divine to fill your room, home, community, county, state, country, continent, earth, solar system, galaxy, universe, all creation with love and light. Know that as you do this, it is done. You may even see this happening in your mind's eye as you pray for it..
Step 4.
Thank divine source again for itself, for everyone, for everything, and for yourself. You thank divine source for increasing your awareness of your connection with it and for guidance in your daily life.
