Well Things have been hotting up here In Good Old Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada--------Yesterday it was I think the hottest day yet do you remember the smell of hot tar in the summertime---I do---It was one of my favorite memories of childhood along with freshly cut grass.---------You remember your childhood----way ---way .....way----back......................The last time I remember Good Old Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada--------prior to moving here four years ago...was I think the summer of 1958.......my grandfather had DIED....a couple of years earlier..he worked at Yarmouth Town Hall....worked there 35 years retired took a trip to Florida and Died when he got back ............ so back to Good Old Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada...well it was the best time of my life ..the summers in Yarmouth....so back to 1958....remember ''Woo Woo Ginsberg'' played the top hits of 1958 on Boston's WMEX...That summer The Purple People Eater and the Witch doctor were top of the charts..They held Dances at The Curling Rink On Saturday Night......... remember the Grand Hotel...my grandmother sent me down to the kitchen hand at the Grand Hotel every morning...to to pick up a bone for my grandfather's Old Dog Toby..The whole of Main Street was full of tourists.......and the very best place in the world to buy Comic Books Was Toots......Yarmouth was still a Magic Place in 1958. Some parts of it still retain that Magic. Not Very Many..................

Yes Yarmouth was Magic The Old Capital Theater, the OLD WATERFRONT, the OLD Victorian Main Street, the old candy store Toots,......The Old Grand Hotel.. the baseball field in the Old Graveyard behind where the library is now...it's really sad to go through the long ...long ..list..........they all	DIED

			. . . . . . . . . Friday July 27,2007 . . . . . . . . Well Things have been hotting up here In Good Old Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada--------Today things got even hotter in The Collins Street ....Heritage Conservation District.............. There was a temper tantrum put on for our entertainment by a local resident. ....There was the the second threat of a LAWSUIT, in as many days delivered with lashings of cursing and swearing.... This ....Resident told me it.... was ...HIS.. street and I should not be on it and should not be photographing it.................. the police were called by another local person on the request of the same hostile resident....the police listened to both sides of the story, .....I didn't say too much...I am just interested in doing the right thing I have nothing personal against any of my opposition. I just Want To Save Forest Street's Victorian Streetscape..............................These Lawsuit threats and the nonsense that took place....well...you have to wonder....WHY...which is exactly what I am asking and did ask......WHY............... ..I am really too busy to bother with this type of ignorance................ As far as the Lawsuit Nonsense ...............and this incident....pathetic..... I sure am glad they invented.................................. The Voice-Activated Digital Recorder...........The Constables who responded were aware of the Recording..... It is an effective weapon in dealing with Falsehoods. Some Sort Of Musical Entertainment.... Might Be More Appropriate this wasn't really that funny----it was just ....sad..........................You smell that.....It's Tar...love it........oh,.. oh.. I see Feathers......................Tied to a pole hot tar poured on you and some fresh chicken feathers for good measure--------That's how they dealt with people they wanted to run out of Town In the 19Th Century....now its lawsuits, fear mongering and lies..............The Fact is IF ANYONE has GROUNDS for a LAWSUIT..I DO....

.The Collins Heritage Conservation District .....Today . . . Some people on Heritage Committees have stated they would like to see this.... Concrete and Asphalt.....

	.			.....You know I did not know very much about Heritage Issues until I got that letter last Fall From The Town Of Yarmouth. .......Saying They Wanted to Include my property...I still don't know very much about it....... but I did spend several months and hundreds of hours learning what I could and I really appreciate the help I received from outside of Nova Scotia,... Thank You..... and the help from the ONE......and Only.. person in the Heritage Community inside Nova Scotia......Thanks Jeff........... I have to take a few hours off to catch up around the house it's piling up on me ..takes me Seven Hours to mow the Lawn and I have some other jobs that need to be done, and of course I have to start going door to door with the......PETITION......
