Yonge and Soudan Condos is a new residential condominium coming soon at 2161 Yonge, Toronto by Tribute Communities. The project is currently in the pre-construction stage. Development will be 36 stories high, anchored by a modern base featuring retail at grade and close to 89,000 sq. ft. of office space that will start from the second to the sixth floor. A total of 288 residential suites are proposed for the project that will comprise 108 one-bedroom, 141 two-bedroom, and 39 three-bedroom plans and estimated completion is in 2022.
