Difference between vaping and smoking? Can we quit smoking through E-cigarette?


Vaping and cigarettes are one of the most consumed and used products by the teenagers, young and old people alike. Nowadays it is common to see the youngsters having fun with the vapor and being cool with smoking cigarettes. Smoking is not a good option as stated by the health departments and many other health-related companies. 


Difference:


Smoking:


Science defines Smoking as to inhale a burnt material that is usually tobacco in the cigarettes. When tobacco is burned and inhaled by the person, then a large amount of burnt tobacco smoke particulate enter the lungs and later when the person exhales, the exhaled amount of particulate is rather less in the surrounding environment. 


Effects:


The effects that smoking produces to the surroundings of a smoker is very different and disturbing. The amount of particulate that enters the atmosphere of the person, who is smoking when exhales out the smoke, is dangerous for the person that is not smoking but is in the perimeter of the smoker. The exhaled smoke is also dangerous for the smoker himself.


Vaping:


Vaping, however, is modern age drug. Science defines its working as an electronic device that is producing vapors from the liquid known as E-juice or E-liquid. Vaping is very different from smoking as the working and the substances used and inhaled are totally different. As to compare the two things as that both are same, is not right. Effects:


In comparison with the smoking, vaping is better as the amount of particulate the person exhales after inhaling the vapor mixture from the E-liquid is pretty harmless to the ratio of cigarette. The rough idea is given as the amount of particulate that enters the surrounding of a person using vapor after 100 exhales is equal to the amount of particulate harming the environment of a smoker after exhaling one time.  So it is valid to say that smoking is more dangerous than wholesale vaping but the people should understand the basic difference between vaping and smoking as both are very different.


Can we quit smoking through E-cigarettes?


If you are a smoker and finally have decided to quit smoking then it’s a very happy news. Considering the damages that smoking produce is very different from the E-cigarettes or known as the vapors. Smoking harms the surrounding of the person that is smoking and affects the people around him. There are a lot of people who die due to passive smoking. E-cigarette, on the other hand, doesn’t produce much harmful smoke. The answer is yes if you want to quit smoking, you should switch to E-cigarette. E-cigarettes use a liquid known as the E-liquid which uses an electronic device to produce a mixture of vapor liquid which the user inhales. The comparative effects of the E-cigarette and smoking can be roughly said as to be 10 times harmful as compared to E-cigarette.

·        Notify all E-cigarette manufacturers of UK Medicines and healthcare products regulatory agency (MHRA).

It is said that the people turned towards E-cigarettes are using the products and have left smoking. It is a myth that E-cigarette will lead you to smoke. So if you want to switch between smoking and E-cigarettes, the second one is the better option and it should be known that it is also not a good idea to smoke E-cigarette on first hand, it should be used as a way to quit the habit of smoking permanently.
