Lord Jesus Christ I confess that I'm a sinner. I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I ask you Jesus Christ to forgive my sins and to save me now. I receive you Jesus Christ as my Savior. Guide and direct my life from this day forward. Amen
