The Highly Anticipated MapleStory M is Coming Soon
We had received a few different mobile versions of MapleStory on Android, but they never quite stacked up to the original PC release and were subsequently shut down. MapleStory M is supposed to wipe the mobile slate clean by offering something a little more familiar to longtime fans. Nexon's MapleStory is looking a bit dated in its 15th year as an online game. But the Tokyo-based company plans a big makeover as it prepares the global launches of MapleStory 2 for the PC and MapleStory M for mobile devices. If you have any sort of inquiries pertaining to where and how you can make use of MapleStory M Currency, you could call us at our own webpage.
The mobile game has also achieved Top 10 in Highest Grossing Games in the Google Play Store in 9 countries including Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand. In the U.S., the game has reached #21 in Highest Ranked Games in the Google Play Store. The game is also #45 in Highest Ranked Games in the Apple App Store.
To celebrate the five million downloads, MapleStory M will host a special in-game giveaway event and provide special rewards to Maplers who login from August 8th until August 18th. If you happen to live in Canada or any of the other soft-launch regions, you can install this right now to experience some classic 2D MMO action, but the rest of us will have to settle for a few pre-registration rewards as we wait to give it a proper go.
MapleStory M, an all-new mobile adventure based on the original side-scrolling MMORPG franchise, will be available on all iOS and Android devices in the App Store and Google Play as a free download later this year.
The gameplay isn't quite what you would remember of classic MapleStory, so if you are an older player, be prepared for a few free-to-play shenanigans. Now, it's not like MapleStory has ever been known for fair monetization, and of course, this isn't going to change for a mobile release. Back in October 2017, Nexon said that users had created more than 273 million characters to date. Pre-registration started last week for MapleStory M on Google Play, and it will be available on both iOS and Android later this year.
MapleStory M, launched globally on July 24, 2018, brings the nostalgic world of side-scrolling MMORPG MapleStory to mobile, offering the same endless amount of customization, immersive storylines and epic boss raids that fans have come to expect from the epic franchise.
If you have ever played the original MapleStory, you would know that grind is Nexon's middle name. This can be a good and bad thing though, as many players want to actually control what their character is doing instead of relying on the game to play itself for the majority of content. In MapleStory M, players will return to the Maple World with all the familiar characters and monsters. Maplers can play as five unique MapleStory Characters hunting for loot in Daily Dungeons, level up, discover new locations, and play with friends in epic boss battles.
