At Ultimate Merchandise we feel it more important to specify a minimum order quantity rather than putting a minimum dollar value on an order. We prefer vector art, P.D.F & E.P.S files for P.C. You may also send your artwork on CD or floppy disc. Be aware that conversion of your images to usable artwork will attract some additional costs. How long will it be before I receive my order?

Products sourced and available ex stock in Australia are usually delivered within 10 working days of your approving the artwork layout sheet we send as part of our proofing process.This is carried out to ensure we meet your expectation for product decoration. Your anticipated delivery date will be affected if these proofs are not approved and returned promptly. Heavy production times, such as Christmas and the end of the financial year may mean a longer lead time is necessary. This is particularly so for specially manufactured products or if it coming from overseas then considerably more time should be allowed in these circumstances.
