Sexual Harassment

The question of what sexual harassment is a question that is many might ask. Even though defined as: unwanted sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when this explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance, or creats an intimidating, hotile, or offensive work environment.
These graphs show the sexual harassment cases in 2002-2003 at the University of Ottawa. The first graph shows the over all cases between genders.
There are different ways or types that sexual harassment can be "shown". Most of sexual harassment is verbal. In this training video it will show what can be contitusted as sexual harassment.
