Information about The Trip
10 guys, 52 tournaments, $35/tournament, $20 goes into separate pot with yearly winner receiving $10,400 to use as entry into WSOP. Remaining $15 is used as weekly tournament fee with three weekly winners. 1st - $90, 2nd - $35, 3rd - $15. Remaining $10 each week will be put into another separate pot and that will be used as the grand prize winner's flight for the trip.
We will be using a point system: 1st place each week receives 10 points. 2nd will receive 9 points all the way down to 10th place receiving one point.
If you can't make a tournament for whatever reason, you will automatically be given a tenth place finish and have to pay the $20 weekly fee in the big pot but will not have to pay the $15 towards the weekly tournament. If two people can't make it then ninth and tenth places will be awarded with those points being split. Meaning those two guys would split 3 points and each receive 1.5 points.
In the event of a tie, a final heads up tourney will determine the winner.
If the player that earns the trip cashes at the tournament itself in Vegas the winnings will be split amongst the ten players who are part of this club. The player who goes to Vegas will keep 75% of the winnings with the remaining 25% being split amongst the other nine guys. Example: if said player wins $200,000 he will keep $150,000 with the remaining nine splitting the other $50,000 ($5,555.55/each).
