Toddlers like us need to have a daily physical activity and body exercise. There muscles are in growing stages and they need to workout on their muscle movement and healthy physical activities to make their body grow. Healthy and good physical activities helps in development of strong muscles and good coordination skills. Kids in today's world are surrounded with technology and luxurious life, because of which the healthy physical activities are effected; making a schedule or daily routine to go out in the park or in the play ground with your toddler will help them in proper muscle development in them. Even if parents are living in the area where the child cannot go outside to play, there are numerous healthy indoor activities that parents can enjoy with their kids like playing hide and seek or dancing to your favorite song or by playing nursery rhymes sing and learn on your smartphones to make an activity fun for both parent and child. There are many aspects that can be control by parents through which toddler tends towards the healthy activities.

  • Manage toddler’s technology time


Don’t let your child watch TV for more than two hours. Also not to expose them to technology at very early stage. As it can result in obesity, dullness and laziness in your child.


  • Working on child Fitness


There is no scarcity of the healthy and fitness activities that you can make for your child. The children can find some sort of fun in form of the exercise that they could enjoy. If the child in early stages shows interest in exercise and fitness, it will most likely becomes their habit in future which will last for decades. These activities includes; cycling, hiking, long walks, monkey bar climbing etc.


  • Encourage them to participate in sports and extra curricular activities


Children playing sports and getting busy in other curricular activities enhance their creativity and learning activity. The child develop the sports skills gradually and in sequences; therefore each sequence should be maxed out for them. If each development stage is fully formed the child has the capacity to reach for participation in sports.


It is true that introducing healthy activities in early stages can become the habit of your child’s life. It is hard for parents for their toddlers from 12 to 36 months, because they are very active and enthusiastic in that stage. Their emotions and pleasure seeking activities drives them to do other non healthy activities rather than the healthy ones.
