As a homeowner and part-time landlord I have tried my fair share of pressure washers on the market.  While being a landlord is not always what it is cracked up to be.  As an owner of 7 homes I have my fair share of problem tenants over the years.  One thing that is important to any landlord is the ability to manage and change a property after a messy owner moves out.  With that being said, I have made a list of the best pressure washers that I have used to help me "flip" my house in no time flat.

Simpson Powershot:  One of my favorite companies when it comes to power washers it the Simpson company.  Not only do they make power pressure washers, but they come at fair prices.  The Simpson Powershot is my #1 choice for heavy duty clean up jobs such as sidewalk cleaning, paint removal and grime cleanup.

Karcher X-Series:  When I'm on the go and need a quick cleanup I make sure to pack my Karcher pressure machine in my van.  Mainly used for quick jobs such as driveway cleaning and grime removal, I have used Karcher for over 10 years.  I like the versatility and portability that you get from the Karcher.

Briggs & Stratton 20451:  With a 3000 PSI  this is one of the more heavy duty models that I like to keep in my storage unit.  Whenever I am flipping a house or buying a new house I make sure to bring the Briggs & Stratton with me.

As a landlord I have many responsibilities that can be accomplished with a solid pressure washing machine.  While I am no Bob Vila, I feel that these machines make my life a whole lot easier.
