1.  Straw-Bale Construction: Straw Bale construction building method uses bales of straw (commonly wheat,rice,rye, and oats straw) this method is most commonly used for natural building or "brown" construction projects. Straw Bale has been used in North America, Europe, Africa, & Australia since the 2000's. You need to know how to read blueprints and be able to run heavy machinery and understand the blueprints if a problem ever arises. The basic steps of Straw-Bale construction is to always make a plan and then  decide what type of base you will use to support the floor and then prepare the foundation build a frame of metal or timber and then put the roof on and then make straw bale walls and then apply them. The advantages of straw-bale construction is renewable nature of straw,cost, & naturally fire-retardant & high insulation. The disadvantages of Straw-Bale Construction is susceptibility to rot, difficulty of obtaining insurance coverage, & high space requirements for the straw itself.
