Sutherland Global Services Supports Community Welfare

For the majority of the employees, Sutherland is truly a home away from home. People from a host of ethnicities work mutually and are like one extended family. I have been working with the company for last 3 years and without an iota of doubt I can say that the company is a force to reckon with. There are very few companies which go out of their way to start its operations in the obscured part of the world but Sutherland is one of them. It’s true that the prime reason for opening up centers in economically depressed areas was the cost factor, but Sutherland ensured that they do their bit for the community there as well and help people fulfill their dreams and lead a happy life through great job opportunities.

Apart from the business perspective, Sutherland makes it a point to serve the larger cause of humanity. The company magnanimously supports and participates in various welfare programs. Sutherland Global Services has also created a charitable mission that supports and assists in advancement of Global Youth and various other causes.

The employees’ commendable performance never goes unrewarded in Sutherland. Being a sincere employee, even I have been honored with the “Employee of the month” award twice. The rigorous and practical training at Sutherland has inculcated in me a sense of self worth, besides honing my communication skills. Sutherland Windsor Canada has collaborated with St. Clair College to provide specialized BPO training to its employees who are given a certificate on completion of the training.

It’s quite disheartening to see that a global firm like Sutherland has to put up with all the malicious rumors doing the rounds. Even if the situation in Sutherland is not picture-perfect, I think it’s virtually impossible to keep everybody smiling. It’s my earnest request to all the employees of Sutherland not to let any third party poke their nose into our personal matters. The previous record of CAW which is responsible for several job losses has been quite dismal. Can you really bank upon such a union which will leave you with no other option other than sitting at home?
