Stellar Con was a blast! We met a lot of great people and made several contacts and were included in a panel or so. The authors vs. artists pictionary panel was great, and the awesome sauce on the 8th floor con party was. . . well, AWESOME! Thank you Jennie Breeden (The Devil's Panties) for telling us about it.

Not much has gotten accomplished this week writing or drawing wise; even though it's supposed to be Spring Break, the whole family has come down with the stomach flu. First our 6 month old daughter Terra, then Eric, and finally me. So right now it's nothing but a house of misery. Hopefully, we'll have time to work soon. Hopefully.

As always, the site is always being worked on and being improved and we thank you for your patience.

about

Welcome

Welcome to the home of Star Stream Graphics, a small independent graphics site that hosts the work of married couple Eric and Wendy Harmon. For years they have been working on improving their skills in art and in storytelling. Each day there is improvement, each week another page of the story is pieced together, and each month color adds life to multiple images.

Relax and enjoy your visit and if you see something you like, let them know by contacting them at starstream@live.com

As an added note, the couple are also open for commissions.

World of Warcraft

Currently one of our gaming obsessions is World of Warcraft (WoW). We've not been playing all that long (yeah, one of the last to hop on the band wagon), so we don't have like 3 or 4 different characters each with at least two at level 70.

We're on the Shu'halo server; if anyone is interested in knowing, and currently both of our characters are Horde. Wendy has the highest lvl. character.

Dungeons and Dragons and 4th Edition

Our hearts go out to the Gygax family for the loss of the innovative creator of D&D Gary Gygax. He has inspired many and will be missed deeply.

One of our other obsessions (which we've had for years) is playing Dungeons and Dragons (D&D). This game inspired us to put pen to paper in order to create Outer Darkness. We've played fantasy, modern, and even the orient! We've kept our faith and played hardcore, almost every weekend. Much of our younger days was spent in local comic book shop or gaming shop drinking Mt. Dew, eating pizza and Dorito's and rolling little colorful plastic dice across an old beaten table. Ah, the nostalgia of it all.

It hasn't been until recently that we've started questioning Wizards of the Coast with their plans for this epic pen and paper RPG. With their newest release coming out; that being 4th edition, they've decided to make some changes in which neither one of us is happy about. The main one-- They're taking out Gnomes! No Gnomes! Also, they've now made Drow, not elves but faeries. Yeah, so all you Drizzt fans, your boy is now a faerie (trust me, I'm pissed too). They're doing away with abominations, so the beholder is now a magical beast. Wizards says that if players have concerns to login on their site and contact them, but every time we try to register we keep getting an error page, so this has become very annoying. So as of now, we're sticking with 3.5 and will probably not convert to 4.0.
