Sky Ala Moana will consist of two towers, one with residences and the other for a condo-hotel. The project has a great location at Kapiolani Boulevard walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Sky Ala Moana will feature 90 affordable housing units with 389 market rate units. It is likely the affordable housing units will be studios and the market units will be one- and two-bedroom units.
