Indonesians are among the most significant property purchasers in Singapore. Why are citizens considering land in the smallest state in Southeast Asia?


Thomas Tan, Marketing Director of Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM), clarified that Indonesian taxpayers purchase a place to live at Singapore to their kids. 


"House is a significant centre when parents out of Indonesia send their kids to college from Singapore," he explained. Tan clarified that Singapore was believed to have a much better education system.


Another cause variable, as clarified by Tan, is that the accelerated evolution of infrastructure. "The Singapore government will construct a new mass transport path to link all vital districts," he explained. Tan also said the potency of Singapore's money among the appeals of Indonesian taxpayers residing in Singapore. 


Additionally, Singapore has a rigorous law of home possession.


In accordance with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Indonesian taxpayers are in third position on the listing of overseas nationals that are land buyers. Indonesia is supporting Malaysia and China. 


Greater than 50% of 1,706 Indonesian taxpayers buy somewhere to reside at a cost of about US $ 1.5 million to US $ 5 million.
