About Us
Founded in 2016 as an alternative to the standard Southwest seafood fare--which largely consisted of frozen seafood fried in a huge vat of oil and fat--99 Degrees Seafood Kitchen soon became known as one of the Best Seafood Restaurant in Albuquerque, with a unique approach to seafood boil. All of our seafood is cooked in orange juice, meaning that you are consuming none of the fats and oils that cover your food at most seafood restaurants in Albuquerque.
Our kitchen team specializes in cooking Cajun and Creole style seafood, although we are always capable of toning down the spices for those who prefer a medium taste.
