Today, more than ever in healthcare is the threat of APT or Advance Persistent threats.  The biggest networks have lost visibility to what is going on inside the network. virus definitions and signatures are having to be written daily to help with mass mitigation.  More than ever has the endpoint become the most important part in mitigation.  The main problematic hurdles that healthcare I.T admins face has to do with Clinical devices and vendors not complying with I.T standards.  There has to be a fine line that balances out patient care versus patient safety.
