Welcome to Rome Georgia's all new Online Garage Sale website. We are very pleased to have you. We are in the beginning stages of making this site a huge hit. We believe with your help this page will soon become the standard for all buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned items in Rome. Please bare in mind that this page is just getting started and does not have a whole lot of content yet. That's where YOU, the valued member, come in! Very soon you'll be seeing our advertisements all over town, and you'll see more and more people on our site buying, selling and trading. The bigger the community, the better this entire system will work for everyone!

 How Our Site Works

We don't have a whole lot of rules but there are a few that are necessary to maintain a pleasant environment to conduct business. If you follow these rules, you'll see excellent results.

• The Seller always names the meeting location
  
• ALL items are for sale on a "First with the Money" basis
• Businesses are welcome, consistent spamming is not
• No more than one post per item
• No more than one "bump" in a 12 hour period
• You must post a picture and a description
• "Best Offer" is acceptable but PLEASE read the rules below when posting an item at best offer.
• Treat others how you would like to be treated, remember, we have a "karma" system. If you do someone wrong, everyone will be able to see it

**Best Offer Policy** - The "Best Offer Policy" is designed to sell an item quickly, for any amount of money it will bring. An item posted as "Best Offer" MUST include an end date and time. All offers are made in the public eye, meaning on the post, not by private message. The seller MUST let the item go at the highest offered price when the time expires.
