Located in Baja Mexico, this is a secure, peaceful community in a quiet valley just one mile from the ocean. There is convenient shopping six miles away in Ensenada, or the nearby town of El Sauzal.

We have affordable spaces available to rent for RV's and small mobile homes, with electricity, sewage, and water hook ups. Satellite TV and internet access can be made available.

The rancho is secluded, away from city traffic and noise. It is populated with many shade trees, birds and flowers. The weather is warm and sunny, with a cool ocean breeze, most of the year. The spaces are alloted plenty of elbow room. Mostly English speaking residents are friendly but respectful of your privacy. With nearby fishing, surfing, biking trails, and other activities, the rancho is an ideal long term retirement spot, or getaway.
