Recent news: Talks with germaan of flying dutchman concerning regiment merger forthgoing. We have had some members of flying dutchman coming over including a 10 time reincarn BlackNoise. Germaan told me today he is considering quiting the regiment business and took the address to our site. I will talk to him more next I see him.STATE OF THE REGIMENT 1/15/2009 SW! This section on State of the regiment will replace the tedious meetings I have tried to have. Information is forgotten and of course it's hard to have you all online at the same time to attend a meeting. SW has grown and grown in the past months many new players and some pro's have joined us. In this period also we have seen some weeding going on. Some players have been kicked I deeply regret to say. I am not into removing players from the regiment unless I feel I have no other option. SW is a regiment. The sole purpose of a regiment to me is to surround yourself with good players who all play to win. This doesn't of course mean that we will win every battle. But it does mean that we try to learn from our losses and prepare our- selves not to make the same mistakes over and over again. I am into having fun. I am into playing for fun. It is not fun for me to lose every battle. It's downright depressing. I think it would be very fun to start winning some big battles against known regiments such as haven etc.. This will not be done without serious improvement and serious play. Remember, when you lose a battle you may get experience for your hero, you may even get a level or two. But the enemy got more experience and more levels from winning that battle. Ask yourself this, "How hard will it be to beat that same enemy next time, now that he is even stronger and the difference in strength between he/she and I is even greater?" The answer, "Next to Impossible." This is why it is so important to want to win, and play like it. Losses spiral downward into a never ending cycle. This is where I see SW past and near Present. We must set our minds on ending this cycle. We must learn from our mistakes. We must improve if we ever want to be a strong and feared regiment. If we continue to improve, we will continue to attract strong players to, and back to the regiment. I have been talking to many ex Shadow Warriors about quitting their regiments and rejoining us. They want to see us as a regiment, fighting as a regiment. If you just do one thing, do this. Fight as a regiment. Fight together. Play as a group Play together. Coordinate your battles with the other members. Make suggestions about battle calls... Dont just randomly call battles especially if your not captain. Message the captain your suggestion. I make captains, captains for a reason. Not just because I randomly point my finger and say "He's captain.." I choose captains because I know they have battle sense and years playing SG. So, your captain should not even have to call his battle you should be right behind him joining as he does. Because odds are your captain is joining a winning battle that will get you much needed xp. Remember keep 2 max sets for end Game (Last 3-4 minutes of battle). This is a minimum. If you dont have 2 maxed sets for winning endgame, get them asap. We have lost more members. Libertas has joined Rose of Sharon he revealed to me that he doesnt understand english and has joined a korean speaking regiment. This may explain why he did not follow regiment like he should have. Halli has also left for unknown reasons. I will hunt Halli down... On a good note, We have regained USERFORIMP as a SW member, and st least 3 or 4 others have joined us today. I understand some of you may feel the regiment is still unorganized and at times we do not have PBC. I still work every day to regain old members and attract new ones, battle and lead some, and work on this site. Most of the time I feel, I am doing alot of it alone... And I'm only one person and I am trying my best so please bear with us as we grow and have our growing pains.
