MECHANICS LIEN LAW FORMS & PROCESSES CHANGES
IN EFFECT JULY 01, 2012
Many lien law changes went into effect 07/01/12 resulting in changes to almost all of the forms used in the pre-lien/lien process including changes to the California Preliminary Notice and all 4 Releases.
Please note that if you are a Preliminary Notice processing customer of The Lien Lady, you need only be concerned with reviewing the changes for the Conditional/Unconditional Progress/Final Releases.
