Introduction.

Dark Times: the Confederacy of Malkuth is a Dragon Age: Origins mod that takes you into a dark world of Thedas, where your choices for evil are rewarded and your progress not hindered.  After completing the Circle Tower Quest in the original Dragon Age game you will be able to go to the tavern and talk to a scholar who will set you on your journey to the darkness that resides in all of us.  With a mod this size, you need a guide to help you through the woods, the towns and the lands and this is the guide for you.

It will cover the basics, the classes and the companions as well as the quests for each act that have been introduced.  You may enjoy walking naked in the freezing cold mountains or wearing heavy armour in the heat of the Deep Roads but just in case you don't, this guide will enlighten you on the equipment you might like to have on your journey and what new foes are lurking in the shadows, waiting for the hapless traveller.
