Graffiti...made in America.

The artist, who goes by Menic 1One grew up in suburban New York. From an early age he admired the work of Warner Brothers, Disney and Hanna Barbara and was also very inspired by the graffiti around Manhattan in the 70s. Today, he creates Graffiti style pieces for his personal enjoyment and as commissioned by others.

He says of his work:

“I love to share my art with others, expose them to the art form in a positive way. That makes me happy. I’ve always gotten a good response back. Graffiti has gotten a bad rap. Yes, there is vandalism, but that is not graffiti. Graffiti is a true American art form.”
