Welcome to the Webquest “Shapes in Our World.” For the next two weeks you will research a plane figure and a related geometric solid.  Then you’ll find samples of how your shape is used in the real world. All of this will help you answer the essential question for this unit, “How can you help kindergarteners understand the relationship between a plane figure and a related geometric solid.” All this research will lead you to the culminating project, a PowerPoint presentation on your shapes.
