workout programs & diet plans

My work out program
Ok I have been lifting weights for about 2yrs. but for the most part I been doing full body workouts for power or strenght gains. Now I'm at a point where I want to do a diffrent work out program to build more muscle and cut up. Any ideals or diet plans any one can recommend for me to do thanks for the help.
