This is to infrom that i purcased Samsung Mobile Modl:S8530
from Big Bazaar, Rajouri Gardenin May 12
By misteke this dropped in water and i immediately tok it out and kept the battery sim separetely. It could not start and therefore i went to their Janakpuri service center
They checked and informed me that warranty will not cover this and the motherboard needs replacement and will cost Rs.5500.00
I agreed on this and since June 1, i am still waiting for my handset to be repaired and given back to me.
They say that this is some imported handset and some IMI approval is awaited. How long !
i have submit a this c5 to this care on 22/09/2011 for software updation, he open it completely and check liquid , after checking he say that it was free from any liquid and connect it to laptop to
update software, but he fails and try 2-3 times after failing he say will repaired from this head office after update software
