A little about us...
We would love to take part in a new reality show. A little about us that may interest you, one or all may be of interest for a new show.
My husband and I have been married for 14 years, we are 34 and 35 now. We had a very small house wedding of only 28 people. We have a 6 year old
daughter named Hope, who is in Kindergarten. She has many extra activities like ballet to the horses. We also have a 1 year old daughter named Katie.
Both are beautiful and healthy. I am a stay at home Mom, and my husband Scott works full time in a warehouse as an Inventory Controller. We've never
been a family that was blessed with scads of money, but we do the best that we can.
We have cats, two ponies, one horse, one rabbit, one dog and a pet pot bellied pig. We live in British Columbia, Canada, in a medium to large house
on a Culdesac, and we also rent a property with 10 acres and barns that is not far from our house. My parents live with us, they live in the basement
suite, and we live in the upper suite. My Mom is 59, and my Dad is 65 who is retired.
We had a lot of infertility issues and I gained over 100 lbs in less than a year due to infertility. It took a lot of Doctor appointments, testing
, fertility drugs and of course a lot of heartache, but finally we got our miracles. It took 8 years to get pregnant with Hope and another 2 years
to get pregnant with Katie. We were so blessed, we were told that we would most likely never get pregnant, so this was a wonderful blessing because
we had not one but two healthy children.
We thought there are a few topics that could be used for a show that shows the different ways of living or to give hope to those that need something
to believe in. If you wanted a show about overcoming infertility, we were thinking about having a third child. They could film all the different
stages from the infertility specialist to the birth itself. They could follow us as Scott and I reunite with his Father for the first time in over
30 years. Or, living with the in-laws, how this is becoming a more and more common place occurrence in today's society and how the two generations
get along with both busy schedules. Since we have a lot of animals, you could see how the animals and the young children interact with each other also.
