with them--by listening well in turn,
we also learn... My philosophy is
heavily influenced by both tradi-
tional European methods and natural
horsemanship techniques. I believe
in working with the horse to show
him the manners required in a world
of human expectations, using the
minimum of discipline necessary to
prevent him from injuring himself
or his caretakers.
We hear talk of "horse whisperers"
in recent years, and many have asked
what that means...
