Commerical EPC's are for Commerical Buildings which cover everything from Small Retail Units to Office's and Large Scale Commerical Premises such as Airports etc. Energy Performance Certificates are not only a Legal Requirment for Domestic Home's but also now for commerical buildings, these commercial EPC's will be required upon construction, Sale or Lease of the Commerical Building. Like a domestic Energy Performance Certificate it Rates the Building on How Energy Efficent from a A-G Energy Rating.
