I hearby grant Shane Brown,(hereafter refered to as Photographer) the right and permission to use any photographs/video he/she has taken of me, or that I have submitted, for any purpose and in any and all media now or in the future. I hearby grant to (Photographer) the right and permission to use my name in connection with the photographs if he/she so chooses. I hearby Release and discharge (Photographer) from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs/videos, including any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above and fully understand the contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs and legal representatives. I am the copyright owner of these songs and have full authority to grant such permission. I fully understand that I have no rights to monetary gains made from the sale of the Film. I understand that I will be mentioned along with my song titles in the closing credits. I hereby release and discharge Shane Brown, Jenny Allen and Jeff Matthews from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the songs listed below, including any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
