Leonel A. Jr. (aka Junior) was born on July 29, 1990 in Huntsville, Texas. His parents are Frances C. Alvarado and Leonel C. Alvarado. When Junior was only 2yrs old. His father, Leonel moved to Fort Smith, Arkansas to be close to his distant family. It was only 2 months later when young Junior and his mother, Frances Alvarado, moved to to be with the patriarch.

After 2 years of physical as well as emotional abuse, Mrs. Alvarado and youngser Junior moved out of the house, and in with a close friend of the family; whose house served as a refuge. After 3 months of saving every penny, Frances and her son moved into an apartment and began to rebuild.

Though the parents had their differences, they would set the issues aside for the sake of Junior. Every weekend, Mrs. Frances would make the hour and five minute drive to Clarksville, Arkansas. During the next four years, Frances, would considered reuniting the family. What changed her mind, was when she discovered that Leonel commited a Bigamist act. This was the last straw. She then gave up on rebuilding the relationship and instead, began to investigate her legal options. After much debate, she made arrangements to file for a divorce.
