Before 1861 people had to practise Yoga with great austerity because Kriya Yoga though ancient and scientific was lost from worldliness. In 1861 Yogiraj shyamacharan Lahiri Mahasaya re-established Kriya Yoga from the Himalayas from His immortal Gurudev, Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj. Kriya Yoga is so easy and scientific that it gives simultaneous development of our body ,mind and soul. Above all peace and bliss of mind. An ounce of practice of Kriya Yoga is very much effective on human being whether saint or sinner.
