My personal goal is that...All students' educational, social, and personal successes are the main focus of the schools, teachers, and communities. Teachers, principals, aides, school boards, parents, employees, and communities approach inclusion with openness and willingness. Educators take the initiative in evaluating themselves as well as their methods and, in turn, vary their teaching styles and techniques to the abilities of their students. Every student feels valued and accepted leading to a celebration of each others' differences. The success of EVERY child and adult is my first priority!
