Kim Kardashian immortalized with Madame Tussauds selfie waxwork
London tourist attraction Madame Tussauds has unveiled a Kim Kardashian waxwork this week, which has become the “world's first selfie installation.”
Visitors to the installation can take a selfie with the waxwork of the 34-year-old, dubbed the queen of selfies.
The installation is placed in front of a screen so that people can change the backdrop to their selfies.
The wax figure was priced at £150,000 ($232,762) and took four months to complete.
The designers of the waxwork adorned Kim with a Balmain dress that the star had worn at her Paris bachelorette party.
Although it took much effort, time and money to recreate that dress, the designers will be changing her outfits before the summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Kim will also have her husband, U.S. rapper Kanye West, by her side as a wax figure in Madame Tussauds later this year.

American TV star Kim Kardashian announced Sunday that she was pregnant with a boy.
The 34-year-old shared a photo on her Instagram account confirming previous rumors that she was pregnant with a boy.
Along with the picture of her husband and their daughter, Kim added the caption: “You’re such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son too!”
Kardashian, who skyrocketed to fame after appearing on a reality television show that has been running for more than 10 years, announced her second pregnancy in May and is expecting her second child in December.

The wax figure wears a replica of the reality star's Balmain dress, from their fall 2012 collection, which she has said is one of her favourite dress. Kim was spotted in that dress in Italy, before her wedding to Kanye West.
Kim tweeted: "OMG how amazing is my @MadameTussaudLondon wax figure!!! So cool you can actually take a selfie with her!!! Thx @BalmainParis & @olivier_rousteing 4making my fave dress! I can't wait til I can fit into the same dress & take a selfie w my wax figure."
The figure also stands before constantly changing backgrounds so that fans can take selfies against the Eiffel Tower or Taj Mahal among other spots. This has been done keeping in mind Kim’s ‘3 image rule,’ as she has said on many occasions that no more than three selfies can be taken at the same location.

The museum has also confirmed that a Kanye West wax figure will be accompanying Kim’s later this summer.

Kim Kardashian is calling BS on a story told by the wives of the 2 men who inspired the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge -- claiming she was being uncaring and snobby.
Eyewitnesses who were with Kim tell TMZ ... Kim insists the incident, which one of the women chronicled on Facebook, did not go down the way they said.
The women claim they saw Kim and Kris Jenner in Celine -- a fancy schmancy women's store -- and asked for a pic with Kim, after explaining who they were. They say when they told Kris their husbands had ALS, Kris fliply responded, "Oh fun," and Kim and Kris blew the women off by refusing a photo.
But we're told a group of women hounded Kim and some even knocked on her dressing room while she was naked. Sources say when Kim came out Kris was talking to a couple of ladies and they told her they were in Cannes and were having a great time shopping and going to parties, and that's when Kris replied, "Oh fun."
As for denying a pic, the eyewitnesses claim neither of the women asked Kim for a photo when she walked out of the dressing room. She simply exited and smiled for all the cameras pointed in her direction.
Our sources say, Kim and her mom obviously support the cause ... as you know Kim famously did the challenge on TV, and if Kim knew the women were even there, she would have loved to sit down with them and talk about how she could help.

North West is gonna have a little brother to taunt, because Kim Kardashian just spilled the beans.

The reality star covers iconic magazine Rolling Stone this month, and opened up about everything from Rob's problems, to her stepfather's transition and even her thoughts on her father defending OJ Simpson.
Rob has rarely been seen in public after ditching Kim's wedding to Kanye West following a series of reported insecurities and issues.
Now Kim has admitted she believes he spends most of his time "smoking weed and drinking beer".
"It's not that mysterious, what's happening with Rob," she told the mag. "He has gained weight. He feels uncomfortable being on the show, and that's OK.
"Do I think he smokes weed, drinks beer, hangs out and plays video games with his friends all day long? Yes."

Entrepreneurs are the new American superhero. Everyone wants to be one. Ask someone like Ashton Kutcher what he is, and he's more likely to say "entrepreneur" or "startup investor" than "actor" (which, given his screen work, is probably the most honest answer).
But just because someone wants to be an entrepreneur -- or, even worse, simply refers to him or herself as one -- doesn't give that person the right nor privilege to carry that title.
That's why the whole obsession with the business acumen of Kim Kardashian West is particularly nauseating.
In recent days both MarketWatch and the New York Post have crowed about Kim's entrepreneurial chops. "Her roots as an entrepreneur extend back to her teenage years," MarketWatch wrote. More frighteningly, the URL for the story suggests "let-kim-kardashian-be-your-financial-adviser." The New York Post, following on the MarketWatch interview, had the gushing headline "How Kim Kardashian Became an $85M Entrepreneur."
The roots of Kardashian's entrepreneurial journey come from an oft-told story of when she borrowed money from her dad, O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian, bought four pairs of Manolo Blahniks, then sold them on eBay for four-times the value. Great story, but it's more likely to be fiction than fact. Manolo Blahniks are expensive. The value of luxury goods rarely rises on the secondary market, let alone at the multiple Kardashian claims. There's been no effort to verify the story by journalists who have let her repeat it, even though it economically makes zero sense. It is an especially egregious journalistic lapse since Kardashian's primary vehicle is her scripted reality show, which happily conflates truth with fabulist storytelling.
