        During my current career search, I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to utilize the valuable experience I have gathered while earning my education and working in a variety of industries and positions.  My degree in Organizational Leadership provided me with a unique perspective on management, as well as business.  While it offered the more "hard" aspects of business, this degree entrenched itself in the concepts of talent management and bringing out the best in your employees.   

        My vast employment history has given me an excellent perspective for many positions.  My career goal is to find a position that will allow me to continue to grow, while practicing what I have learned.  I am currently enrolled in a Masters of Human Resource Management program.  I enjoy the program, especially the content.
