Another Rant by Me About Automation
Amongst my greatest annoyances are time wasters. I hate the uncanny feeling that I am just spending time on an issue that will likely prove to be a complete waste of my time later on.
That is why I delight in automation software when it comes to running things. I like to automate things to ensure that they work on their own without much of my time being squandered in making them work.
I was not long ago checking out a site that was talking about a "free backlink generator" and folks were going bananas to purchase the thing - utterly due to the fact that it would empower them to get much more done with the tasks they were already carrying out anyways. In other words, the software allowed them to do a lot more by physically doing the same. Who wouldn't want that?
This is possibly also why automated ATM machines or checkout counters emerged as such a norm. It will let you do the same task a dozen times faster without having half the trouble or nonsense you would have otherwise.
A self-operating software makes our lives a heck of a lot easier - but at the same time for me - there is no way to automate written site updates (like this one). Hehe... I seriously need to give myself a kick every now and again to get an update published. I have no excuse.
I have never felt writing to be a time waster. Even though I usually have a difficult time assessing what to write about, when it comes down to it, I quite enjoy writing.

So I Finally Get Around
I finally get around to creating a blog post. Boy, just where does time go? I have actually been wishing to produce a blog post for weeks now but it just didn't happen.
It is so easy to get caught up with every day shores that one forgets the easy tasks in no time. Like creating a short little website post like this.
It is not all that tough to come up with something to write about, however I find that it is challenging for me to in fact relax and put in to words whatever ideas come to mind.
Almost as though I'm too distracted to in fact be productive and do something useful with my time. Ever had that happen to you?
Such is life I guess :)
We're destined to consistently make the best of each moment we are given. When you think about it, it's not like we get a second shot at life to do every little thing right by being more productive and actually make an important contribution to our world. At least not on this planet to the very best of my knowledge.
