Nashville, "Music City USA", the Country Music Capital on the World, is a
place we've all heard about, where music history has been made, and made again,
many times over. Nashville is home towards Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music
Corridor of Fame, and the CMA Audio Festival. Yet there is more to Nashville
than just great music. As Tennessee's second largest city, and the most visited
city from the state, Nashville is a major center for the transportation and
health care industries, in addition to like a major destination for taking and
music production. What's more, in 2009, Nashville will become the site of one of
Our country's great skyscrapers, the 1, 052 foot Signature Tower.
The Nashville Home Listings area has
been one of the fastest growing in the country. The city is a very popular
tourist destination as people come from all over the country to enjoy the
beaches, shopping, and golfing opportunities. The warm weather typically
attracts people nine months out of the year. Check out: Nashville TN Home Listings for

Signature Tower has been stirring up a great deal of
excitement in Nashville lately. In addition to becoming the tallest building in
america outside of New York and Chicago, Signature Tower is the most significant
thing to hit the Nashville property scene in recent storage, and it's turning a
number of people on to the downtown Nashville condo market.
With its
picturesque riverfront, and famous streets, downtown Nashville is the right
place for loft along with condo living. Wonderful Nashville heritage complexes,
like the Werthan Generators factory (ca. 1890's), and the old rules offices on
Church Street have been transformed into luxurious fluff residences. These
Nashville lofts attribute beautifully restored hardwood flooring surfaces,
original brick and stonework, and 10 - 17 foot ceilings with bottom to ceiling
windows. These lofts and condo properties, however, are as popular when they are
beautiful.
The Nashville condo market is so hot that a number of these
developments are sold out even before there're built. The Encore Sobro, the
first high-rise property building in Sobro, held its groundbreaking service in
mid July of 2006; a year later just about all 333 units have been sold - out of
stock 6 months before conclusion! The same is true with the Icon, Nashville's
largest condo project (well, until Signature Tower arrived), which broke ground
in February of 2006 and possesses now sold bulk of its 424 residential
items.
Despite the popularity of Nashville's downtown property, there are
still numerous fine lofts and condos obtainable in popular downtown
neighborhoods such as the Gulch and Sobro (which in turn, incidentally is short
intended for South of Broadway). Nashville's downtown offers many techniques
from the bohemian loft life-style, to luxury riverfront condominiums. Those
looking for the actual height of luxury need look no beyond Nashville's newest
landmark, the spectacular Signature Tower.
