Breathing is the most automatic function of our body.it is controlled by the hypocampus within the brain. This is a technique that allows you to relax as well as to stretch your back muscles. It is called the spinal curl.
Concentrate on your breathing take nice slow deep breathes. Stand up with your back against the wall. Slowly lower your head down on to your chest, breathing nice and slow. slowly continue to lean forward until your hands are hanging near the floor,. Remember to keep breathing slowly and deeply. Hold this position for a few minutes and then slowly straighten up breathing slowly and deeply as you do. You may feel lighter when you have finished. This form of relaxation will stretch your back. HERBS
Lavender is a herb that has been used for centuries as a relaxant. It can be used as a tea though sparingly before bed. It can be put into a small pillow and heated up and placed on the bed before sleeping.

There were two fairies, a pink fairy and a blue fairy.Th pink fairy used her manners and was rewarded for it. The blue fairy watched the pink fairy and learnt how to use her manners by watching and listening. She was then rewarded for ner manners. The two fairies became best friends.
