Kansas State still undefeated at 4-0?

Kansas State remains undefeated at 4-0 behind sophomore quarterback Jon Sommons who has been the story of the year so far being named "the near perfect quarterback" completing 48 out of 50 passes this season. Now as they look ahead for big 12 play they will be put to the test as they face #4 Oklahoma, #9 Texas, and #16 Nebraska. But first they must survive a brutal Kansas defense this weekend, the Kansas defense has been playing to a new blitz package out of the 4-3 defensive scheme. How will sophomore quarterback Jon Sommons handle the pressure? Analyst Bob Schneider asks head coach Fred Morris and his response was "well Jon has been very calm and poise in the backfield. He sure does know how to run the ball as much as he can throw it that's for sure. If they (Kansas) plans on blitzing him this week I don't have any doubt in my mind that Jon will make the right decision. I mean after all no quarterback in school history has thrown for 96% accuracy threw the first 4 games. With that being said we will all see saturday if Kansas' defense can contain this elusive young quarterback.
