A Null of Iran

Limiting the strategic military buildup of a country that aid opposition to the U.S. and key allies should be provoked with multiple plans in stages.  One, I believe it will be easy if by appealing to younger generations, who of the majority of the population favor the U.S., by sending actors and singers in to bolster promotions of peace and neutrality.  It will be beneficial simply because the old regime will die out and the cast will be played by the younger citizens.  Then the younger citizens that favor the U.S. start protesting of no nuclear weapons and harsh operations that entail horrors of violence.  We then subject the actors and singers to promote no nuclear weapons, this creating a diversified internal conflict with some aiming for nuclear weapons and others not.  We also in the beginning should limit imports and exports that way the singers and actors bolster cooperation thus alleviating the pain of the economy and are seen as allies towards U.S. interests. 

Or

With the advance of math and science nuclear technology understanding will be easier so why not administer the progression of reactors by a U.N. organization.  This organization will live in other countries and simply work at the nuclear power plants not favoring nuclear weapons.  The team shall be comprised of several different nations and then paid to simply live and aid for the countries that wish for nuclear power supplies.  Since oversight is by the U.N. all the information shall be governed strictly and effect for peace and limitation of nuclear expansion.
