Shipping & Handling: ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING INSURANCE. This item will be shipped via FedEx ground. If you wish for the item to be shipped other then ground please contact us first before sending payment so that we can provide a shipping quote for a faster FedEx service. We usually ship items out 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. The item will arrive in 3-5 business days after it has been shipped, if standard shipping is selected. Since E-bay does not provide a FedEx shipping calculator we are using the UPS shipping calculator because their pricings are similar. It rarely happens, but sometimes the shipping quote is off due to it being a different company’s calculator so we reserve the right to request more funds, if needed, to cover shipping cost. If you wish to have signature verification when the item is delivered please add $3.25 to your shipping total and then contact us to let us know about the addition of the signature verification. If you are a resident of Hawaii, Alaska, of a military base or outside of the United States please contact us before bidding on this item so we can provide a different shipping total due to shipping charges. Combined Shipping: If you are purchasing multiple items from us please contact us before sending payment so that we can let you know if the items qualify for combined shipping discounts and what your total will be if they do. Do to the fact that our items ship out of various warehouses in the US, we cannot guarantee that all items qualify for combined shipping discounts.
Guarantee: We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges:
Items may be returned only with prior authorization.
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging
materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an
error by shipping an incorrect item. In this case, you must contact us to obtain a return
label or request a merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to our warehouse a
correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a refund issued for the full amount of the
order if the correct unit is unavailable. We must be informed of the receipt of incorrect
merchandise within a week of the delivery.
- Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
- Refused Delivery will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost
incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less
25% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both
ways.
- Defective Items A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from
the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of
the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Disclosure: We do not only sell on e-bay but we sell on other web sites and we also have a physical store that customers can come into to purchase items. So sometimes we run out of stock of an item and an E-bay member purchases that item before we have the opportunity to update our listings. It is rare but, do to this we reserve the right to break the e-bay contract with the e-bay member, even after they have submitted their payment, and refund their payment emediatly if the item is no longer available.
