We watched history in the making with the fall of the Berlin wall. We are now watching history about to be made with the fall of the American Democracy. When a few representatives and senators can override the will the majority of the American people, then our democracy is no longer a democracy, but a socialist party. When your money is spent for you by a government, then it no longer is your money. Will they tell you next what food you can buy, what car you can buy? And if this insurance program is so good, why does the government not want to live under it, but keep their own, (that we pay for)? This is a sad day for America, but don't worry, the government will tell you they know what's best for you, it's just not good enough for them. They are of superior intelligence, of course. It's a sad day ahead that we will be leaving to our children and grandchildren. Hopefully, they won't re-write the history books, and they will be able to read about a free and democratic society. It is a sad day in America. May God Bless us, if that's still legal to say.
