BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR VISAS FOR FAMILY RE-UNION WITH A FOREIGNER RESIDING IN SPAIN

PLEASE READ THESE INSTUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A VISA. IF THE VISA FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND THE UNDER MENTINED CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET ,THE APPLICATION CAN NOT BE PROCESSED.

APPLICANT:

1. Visa forms duly completed and signed .

2. three recent, passport-size ,photographs, for each applicant.

3. Visa fees (non-refundable) in pakistani rupees equivalent to 60 Euro .

4. Photocopy of passport (which moust have more than 4 months validity).

5. Police Character Certificate for adults (18 and above), attested by the Foreign Office of Pakistan, issued no more than three months before the time of submission of application .

6. Medical Certificate/s (of applicant and children) from an Official Hospital in Pakistan and attested by the foreign office, issued no more than three months before the date of application.

7. Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate/s , both in Urdu an English translation (of applicant and children).

8. Attested photocopy of Marriage Certificate /Nikah Nama (if married),both in urdu and english translation .

9. Computerized B-form for children under 18 years of age, with English translation and attested by Foreign Office of Pakistan .

10. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) from NADRA for each person above 18 years.

11. In Case of ascendants, proof of being economically dependent on the sponsor.

12. For the procedure of verification of documents see attached letter.

SPONSOR:

13.Copy of the Application for the Official Report of the government authority of the place of residence of the sponsor , registered by the said authority.

14. Attested photocopy of valid work and residence permit.

15. Atested photocopy of valid passport.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once the visa form is filled up and signed , two (2) photocopies have to be made . Original +two photocopies of visa form have to be submitted with one photograph pasted (not stapled) on each of the three forms .
Visa applications must be submitted along with two(2) clear sets of photocopies for each supporting document and passport.

Visa forms can be collected for free from TCS.
The Embassy reserves the right to ask for any additional document apart from those mentioned above that if deems necessary for the issuance of visa.
Compliance of the above-mentioned conditions does not automatically guarantee that the visa will be issued . Also,after receipt of the visa, the competent authorities may refuse entry into Spain upon arrival.
In such case , The Spanish government accepts no libility.
Applicants are warned that application process may take up a frew months.
During the process No ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE VISA APPLICATION WILL BE ANSWERED.
