Ohio Valley Recovery Inc.
Seeks to serve the recovery community by providing a venue that
fosters fellowship and supports group meetings of a program-oriented
and social nature. Offering a advanced and unique model for
large gatherings of many 12 step programs.
A Not-For-Profit Organization established in 2005 to provide meeting
facilities for Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Organizations and Fellowship
opportunities to individuals in the Ohio Valley. It is not a Treatment Center,
nor does it have an affiliation with any Organization.
All the Fellowships adhere to a set of Traditions that guide their activities.
One of these Traditions states that every group be fully self-supporting,
declining outside contributions. There are currently over 19 twelve-step programs
held at the Unity Center. There are also three Rehabs and three Half-way Houses
that meet at the facility. The Unity Center has 300 to 400 people who come
through it's doors every week. They also host a number of speakers that come from
Pittsburgh, Columbus, and out of other areas. Giving their members a variety of
full and rich opportunities in recovery.

Serves as a cutting edge working model within our community and offers a
secure setting for entertainment and recreation. It serves as center for
information concerning events in the recovery community, and hosts various retail
enterprises targeted to people in recovery. Working to provide a so badly needed
Social Service of a well rounded social environment to a person in recovery.
