Located in Portland, Oregon, the Emporium specializes in new and used hard-to-find vinyl records and compact discs of all genres, along with the latest available in these music formats today.
Famed eccentric I.J. Jenkins, owner and proprietor of the Emporium, has amassed a collection of over 50,000 long and extended play records, as well as 100,000 7" records. He houses these records, along with over 20,000 compact discs, in a 10,000 square foot warehouse in Northeast Portland.
