OBJECTIVE

  1. To generate highly professional graduates who are productive and enterprising in national and global working market. To produce faculty graduates who are trained in skills, management, critical thinking, and subject related with foodservice management.
  2. Preparing higher education facilities in management and administration in the foodservice organization and furthermore preparing opportunity and upgrading graduates at local and international level.
  3. To develop graduates enterprising ability who are able to contribute to their profession through education in this level.
  4. To generate graduates who are able to think innovatively, creatively and critically, for research implementation and prepare for exploring the new technology and contribute to the industry.
  5. Prepare the opportunity for the graduates in order to help them to further their study to the highest level.
  6. To enhance the collaboration and networking between UiTM as a centre of academic excellence and research in food management field with local and foreign institute of higher learning through supervised joint programmed.

 

MISSION

  1. Enhance the new and existing education systems through exposure, training and services using the latest technology.
  2. Provides programme / curriculum that meet the need of the industry and the nation.
  3. Gives education and highly skilled, ethical and trustworthy training programme.
  4. Establish and strengthen existing rapport with the food industry services, local universities, colleges and other parties through student's attachment at their places.
