The Hire Space concept is simple – we make it easier to find and book spaces. To do this, we let venues list their spaces online for free and then let everyone else find, book and pay for these spaces online.
No more ringing around for prices or availability, no more cash and chasing invoices, just simple and secure online booking.
1. FIND
Find the space you are looking for by telling us what you want and where you want it. It could be a Function Room in Fulham, a Squash Court in Southwark or Gallery in Greenwich – if we have it, you’ll find it.
2. BOOK
Book the space you want in a only a few clicks online. You can book related services such as catering or equpiment and set up repeated bookings easily. Provide details of your booking, your payment details and you’re away.
3. CONFIRMATION
The venue will confirm your booking as soon as possible – we even pay them a bonus for responding quickly so you don’t have to wait. We won’t take any money as a deposit until the booking is confirmed.
4. ENJOY
Go and enjoy your booking, printed e-ticket in hand. We’ll have put you in touch with the booking manager so all the details will be sorted. The extras you bought will be waiting and the venue will greet you with open arms.
5. FEEDBACK
Leave feedback on the venue so the next person knows how good it was. They’ll also leave feedback on you so the next venue knows how much you respect the venues you use. If anything wasn’t perfect let us know.
